Nogomet

Nogomet, commonly known as soccer or football in many countries, refers to a team sport played between two teams of eleven players each, where the primary objective is to score goals by propelling a spherical ball into the opposing team’s net using any part of the body except the arms and hands (goalkeepers are an exception). The sport is governed by the rules set out in the Laws of the Game and is overseen by FIFA at the international level. Nogomet is played on a rectangular field, known as a pitch, and is characterized by its emphasis on teamwork, strategy, and physical endurance. It is one of the most popular sports in the world, with a significant influence on culture, social interaction, and community identity. In the context of human resources (HR), organizations may engage in nogomet-related activities as part of team-building exercises, fostering camaraderie among employees, or promoting physical fitness and well-being within the workforce.
